I've not forgot you, I swear! I know that it's already Wednesday, but I was away for field work, so I had no intrenet access... However, my no-diet and try-to-get-back-in-shape program seems to work.
This week, I measured me on Sunday morning, I was:
55.5 kg, B: 86 (this has really to stop!); W: 64; H: 94; T: 54. I didn't loose a lot, but I also had absolutely no time to do exercises.
My main exercise this week was digging holes in the earth and transport plant material. But, at least I didn't gain weight! :-)
Last week I was : 56 kg, B: 86.5, W:65, H: 94, T: 54.
I know I should suggest new exercises, I'm sorry. But try to dig holes the whole day, it may work!
