I'm still half naked in my apartment and in an hour I should go out for dinner, so I have to hurry a little bit.. ;-)
I usually never made New Year's resolutions, but this year I have to. Since I started to travel, I also started to eat like a pig... and of course, after 1 year and a half of eating, I started to accumulate fat where I never thought it would be possible!
I already tried to loose some weight, but I totally failed. Maybe, sometimes, I was able to loose 2-3 kg, but they came back, faster than a boomerang! So, for the new year, I want to get back in shape, to wear again size 36 (CH) and to become firm, so that my ass doesn't shake as the one of Shakira when I'm simply walking!
As I'm not sure if I would be able to do that, I thought to start this blog for following reasons:
1) Maybe I feel a bigger pression on me, having to report my successes (and hopefully no defeats) on this blog
2) Some of you may have great ideas how to loose weight and become back in shape
3) Maybe some of you will join me, and we will try to get in shape all together!!!
What's important to me, is that I want to loose weight mainly by doing sports and eating a bit healthier. But I will absolutely not start counting calories or eating salads for the rest of the year!
So, let's start to loose the whole Christmas biscuits that get sticked on our hips!
I will try to get back on size 36 for the end of April, when I'll be back from my work in Brazil. So I have 4 months to loose approximately 6 kg.
Who's with me?!
And.. as it's becoming really late, maybe I should also start to become more punctual in the new year! ;-)
