Week 11 - 27 days to go - shit!

Ok, I have to admit, my plan is not working anymore.
I didn't had time to do exercises (I went once out for running last week, that's it), I'm eating like a pig during lunchtime, my bud is still looking like a jelly-kind creature and I totally lost my aim from my eyes. Therefore I have to rescue my intent and try to achieve my goal in 27 days.
So, tonight I started with my exercises: 100 sit-ups, 100 bud exercises (50 standing, 50 lying on the floor), 50 leg lifts, 50 thigh lifts, 15 push ups (no comment, please), 50 waist exercises (by staying in dog position I contract my waist, 50 times each side).


Last time I measured my self was last Saturday: 55 kg, B: 86, W: 65, H: 93, T: 53. The week before, right after my holidays, I was 55 kg, B:86, W: 64.5, H: 94, T: 53.5.
Now I am: 55kg, B:86, W: 65, H: 93, T: 53.


I'll try to do my exercises every day, and try to run at least 3 times a week. Let's see.
I'll not fly back to CH if I don't loose at least other 2 kg! ;-)
