Week 12

Hello dears!


Here I am, 24 days before I have my flight back to ZH.
In this last week I was working in the greenhouse and in the lab the whole time... But today I forced to go out to run. As it is raining cats and dogs, I went out for only about 20 min (actually, it's not because of the rain, but because I couldn't breath anymore..). I also decided to change my diet: I went out to buy all kind of legumes and fruits. I will try to avoid all kind of sweet and salty things (so the popcorn of yesterday and the biscuits of today are definitively to be cancelled.. ehm..) and try to not eat bred or pasta (which is very difficult, as I am half italian). The only kind of carbohydrates I'll eat is rice (in moderate quantities, of course).
I'll also try to not eat after 6pm and try to do my exercises in the morning, before breakfast.
Well, today I didn't follow my plan at all. But, I'm sure, I'll manage to do that. And I'll officially start tomorrow with my new plan "GET BACK IN SHAPE IN 3 WEEKS".


Goals:
- have a presentable bud and nice legs at the end of the three weeks
- reduce my cellulite
- loose 3 kg


Today my measurements (always done in the morning before eating) are: 55kg, B:85.5, W: 64, H: 94.5, T: 53.5.
Compared to last week, not so much changed as I was: 55 kg, B:86, W: 65, H: 93, T: 53.


I'll try to do good exercises for all my body (sit ups, push ups, exercises for the legs and mainly for my wobbling bud).

I'm not sure if I'll manage, but I'll also try to write down every day what I ate.
Today, for e.g. I ate some cornflakes in the afternoon (I woke up very late..) and after dinner some biscuits (for sure at least 300 kcal) . For dinner I made two small pieces of red cow meat with some olive oil, tomatoes, olives, a green unidentified leave, some garlic and ginger.
I'm still eating the biscuits (I should really stop it, damned!) and I'll probably eat a passion fruit later on, as I'm still hungry... :-( I have to learn to drink at least 2 L of water every day, and when I'm tired of water I'll make me some green tea or drink a juice (self-made, possibly with no or only a little little bit of sugar).
I hope this plan is gonna work. At least, I have lost 3 kg so far, which is already a start!
