Day 16 - 10 days to go

Hello folk!


So, in this past week I had a lot of work, I didn't foolow my diet as I should, I couldn't always go to run... In fact it was a very bad week from that point of view.
Lets come to the point:
This morning I was: 54 kg; B:85; W: 64: H: 94; T: 52.
Last week I was: 54 kg; B: 85; W: 64; H: 94; T: 53.


Not so much changed, but at least a I lost 1 cm on my thighs, which is great! I still have no idea how to get rid of my bud. Apparently it is completely immune to all my specific exercises! I'm building up more muscles on the arms which I barely train than on my ass! That's soooo disappointing!


Just to remember how I was, when I got here: 58.2 kg; B-89.5; W-68.5; H-96; T-57.


So far I lost 4 kg, unfortunately 4.5 cm of Breast circumference, fortunately 4.5 cm on the waist, 2 on the hips (you see, this bloody ass!), and 5 at the thighs!
Let's see what this last week will bring (which will be full of goodbye dinners.. so, I have no idea how I manage to loose the last kg...).
