It's now the 3rd day that I'm actually managing to do my workout as wished.
Today I was able to run for 29 minutes without having to stop. For me it was a great success! :-)
After that I went back home ad followed the youtube videos which I posted the other day. I also did 150 sit ups and (only) 20 push-ups (and we are talking about the women push ups... the situation here is very bad..).
So my menu of Sunday was based on a single meal (I slept until late, therefore I was not hungry): I made a salad with tuna, a bit of rice, salad, cabbage and carrots. I used a little bit of olive oil, salt and pepper. I also made me pineapple juice with some strange leave which I found in the supermarket.
Today, as I went out to work, I had a more equilibrated diet.
Morning: some cereals with pieces of melon, papaya and a small fruit yogurt plus an acerola juice with a spoon of sugar (maybe I should find a substitute for sugar..).
Lunch: little bit of rice (2 spoons), 3 fillets of chicken, some salad and an pineapple piece.
Dinner: a fruit salad (papaya and guava) and a small soup. A green tea with a little bit of honey.
During the whole day I drunk my 1.5 L water bottle. I have to learn to drink this bottle twice...
So, that's it! :-)
