Hello Dears!
Yesterday it was the first day I was not able to do my entire workout program. And also today I was not able to go out for the running, but I'll start my exercises as soon as I'm finished here.
On Tuesday I had the whole morning to do sports, it was great! I went to a park near to my home to go to run. It was nice to run somewhere where other people are sweating too! ;-) However, I have to admit that I feel tired much sooner if I run in circles (the park is only about 2 km). After running for 20 min and walking for other 40 min, I went back home to do my exercises.
I still follow Rumianallieva on youtube for my leg exercises.
I tried to improve my sit ups by trying to combine the chest movements with the leg movements (get up with the chest and the legs on the same time), but as I have no carpet on the floor and the floor is too hard, I really cannot do this kind of exercise. So I keep doing normal sit ups, lateral ones and lower ones separately. At least 25 per kind and side.
My push ups definitively suck, but I have hope I'll get better with training (I manage to do max 20... and the easy ones, with the knees on the floor..).
I also use to do some exercises for my hips by bending myself on one side and getting back up.
Yesterday I went out for running. I did the same tour as I used to do in the beginning around the campus. I actually went farer away, as I was not tired at all. After 20 min I was already back home. The good thing is that this shows how I'm improving my condition. Unfortunately it also means that the campus is getting too small for me.. ;-)
So, no to my diet, which I did not follow as I should.
On Tuesday I ate some cereals with yogurt and fruits. I didn't had lunch but I went out for dinner and I ate a huuuuge amount of delicious shrimps. And a vanilla ice with chocolate at the end. Damned temptations!
Yesterday I did even worse: I ate some fruits for breakfast. I went out for lunch to eat fries fish, some rice and legumes (N.B. FRIED fish.. a nogo...). And when I got back home I was hungry again so that i decided to finish the last two pieces of bred with tons of cheese. :-(
Today I tried to repair a bit to the damage by eating some salad for lunch (I had no time for breakfast). In the evening I made a soup. And I drunk over the whole day a water that apparently should help to loose weight and flaten the belly (as so far nothing in my weight changed... I'm still at 55 kg..):

As I have no spearmint leaves I put some anis inside. No idea if this screws up everything or if actually it's ok.
